This is done to ensure that the coaching is on track with the company and client goals and to evaluate and incorporate any new feedback from key stakeholders. Only positive behavioral changes are reported. Confidentiality is maintained at all times concerning the content of the coaching sessions, the assessment results and the 360 feedback. With private clients, the conversation is between the coach and the client.
